Maidstone Borough Council are seeking an experienced organisation to design and deliver the community engagement for the Pride in Place plan, a £20 million investment in Park Wood and Senacre.

The government launched the Pride in Place programme with a £1.5 billion investment in 75 places across the UK. It is now expanding to 250 locations and £5 billion over the next 10 years to make long-term improvements that residents want.

The goal will be to provide a plan and investment strategy which sees sustained generational change through the hands of the residents themselves. A neighbourhood board will act as stewards once a clear roadmap for the 10-year programme is decided.
